Hi guys.

Forgot to post this up once I had it online, stuck it on the end of the thread regardign the day but it never brought it to the front of the forum for people to see so thought I should make it a new post.

It's in car of my Rover, apologies for the camera angle, had no mount so just jammed it in the headrest and hoped for the best. The black subaru in the vid as I go round is Scott's WRX STi UK 300R, very nice car with impressive mods, be interesting to have a rematch in the dry :D , hope you enjoy the footage Scott, car sounds ace in the vid, and loud, can hear it over the top of mine lol.

Hopefully get along to some more days this year, and try and get the camera situated better....

Hi Ian,

Not much I'm afraid, money going elsewhere at the moment, bills, responsibilities etc, no fun lol. I did have plans for bigger injectors, DTA management etc but the turbo would still have limited power, so that's all on hold just now until I can do it properly, car is in winter spec, rear seats and a basic sound system but I do plan on being a wee bit quicker this year. Got a new head coming in the next week to 10 days which is ported, polished, big valves, etc etc and a new front pipe that incorporates a turbo elbow as the OE elbow I have just now is very restrictive. That and theres no nitrous just now, wasnt used in the vid anyway as it was too wet, will get the head on soon and some niggles sorted out, turn the boost up a bit if the injectors can keep up and give it a wee run at Crail on the 19th, wont get near my 12.88 as the nitrous has been taken out for now and I have the sub, seats etc in but as long as it's still getting very low 13's and 110+mph terminals in a fwd itll be a decent start to the year, then just the downpipe, some strut braces possibly for the track, and get the nitrous back on there nearer the middle of the year, fingers crossed.

Hows yourself?

do you ever post anything that aint drivel YGC??

nowt wrong with the car, will get it out any time you want, but then again, you are just all talk, wont get it out on the track, wont get it out against anyone as the outcome is always the same.....

as for the rover, why dont you take it on??

catches me as strange that you come on here where the majority of folk know you sell subarus for a living, and proceed to make yourself look a w*nk, hardly going to encourage them to buy from your garage.......

was there a problem with your car that day scott????

looks like that rover is keeping up......maybe its not about the car its about the driver][;)]

Any reason why there would have to be something wrong with a Subaru for the Rover to keep up? as Scott says, maybe you should try it yourself?

Though perhaps a better angle to get less dash and more track next time lol, I really should get a proper mount.
