A little photoshop competition..

There's a little comp running over on another forum, to chop (photoshop) a Dodge SomethingOrOther. The winner get's published in PASMAG (an american performance magazine).

My entry is getting there.. although not quite complete.

good luck mate, looks good. as you know i have an eye for all things artistic and see a good potential winner there.

Can you help me though with understanding how to take colours from one photo and insert them into the panels of another car??

At the moment, a few days in im still gumballing about with rogue head swaps and other such primary school activities

What software do you use Gumball? I could write you a tutorial, but without photoshop it won't be any good.

hmm, I've not used paintshop pro, but I have heard that it's fairly similar.

Check out This Page for lots of tutorials, there are also tuts for changing colour.

Give me a shout if your stuck.

edit: I forgot to say, all you do is select the area of the car you want to change, and play around with the colour settings. Without having paint shop pro, I can't really tell you any more

I believe that Dodge may well be making the actual car in real life. All entries are checked by Dodge first.

I would possibly get a nice letter from them with some photos of the real thing (if I win)? Who knows...

They are making that car, but I forget its name now. Starts with a C I think. Crazylegs maybe.
