I noticed the Tesco in Greenock was selling an xbox with forza racing for £110, is this a good price?

Im rather tempted, the last games console i had was a sega megadrive!

Forza is a great game, although you would really be looking to get xbox live assuming you have broadband. Live will cost you an additional £40 for the starter kit which includes the headset and the first years subscription, there after they will be charging around £30/40 per year.

There is of course the 360 thats out this Friday, but if your on a budget then the xbox is a good console. It also may be worth looking on ebay for one, as i would imagine there will be loads of pps selling these with a list of games for next to nowt.

thats a rip off mate.I was offered a brand new xbox with controller for £45 2 weeks ago.Wait until the january sales,after the 360 is launched as said by digital u'll get a bargain

Pickup Project Gotham Racing 2 also. It's a great game. I was the glasgow heat winner and thusly a UK finalist in the Xbox 10K challenge when they used it as the qualifer game. They made us play Rainbow Six and other crap in the final and I'd not had a chance to practice on any of them so I got stuffed. But hey ho, I won an xbox + 8 games.
