We cant even agree on taking presents to a hospital for gods sake.

Im off and wont be back no meets nothing.

Some people will be glad of this.Stick it where the sun dont shine.

I will hand over the £250 i have for Santa Cruise.

Jesus christ Billy, Your supposed to be thick skinned. Tell them if they are so bloddy good, they get off thier arses and help. Or shut up. Dont let others influence you.

Never had you figured as a quitter, but there you go.

If you give up that easy then perhapes it isnt the job for you.

Get a grip Billy FFS.

Have to agree with Wilky, at the end of the day Billy your there to do a job on behalf of all us members, If some one doesn't like it let them complain at a meet or contact phil and get it in the open. I personally think at the meeting before santa cruse one there, We all had few good ideas, Putting Wilky in charge of charity events, Gumball would make an excellent organiser for day trips (okay 2day trips), squirrel and Imy are excellent at planning and map making. Clair and wullie are gallus at getting our name out there are the cruises they go to. We all have qualities that you should(billy) be using to the best avantage of the club. Stay stuck in and let everyone now we may fight like cat and dog but at the end of day if everyone fragments we will not have a club.

Just my 2p worth

What we dont need is every man and his dog chipping in. One singer with one song. And some experienced advice, not well meaners who end up hindering not helping.

Ill say that again in plain feckin english.........................................................................................................

ONE SINGER ONE SONG.

Am i totally missing something here???

Ricey went on about summit which i didn't know about, then Chris and yourself are off! Maybe it's an MSN thing, but i really got no clue what the problem is.face-icon-small-confused.gif

Neither have i got a clue.

Must be missing something.

So is it just the Glasgow SIDC area thats a problem ? Or the Scottish section as a group.

We're all here to support each other, so it would be nice to get these things sorted.

seems to just be Glasgow for whatever reason. just hope Billy decides to stay and Glasgow region can be sorted. in fact im sure it can.

no major cracks as it seems to be about perception of each other than anything else.

this can be sorted quickly i think and should be done by each of us and our RO at the helmface-icon-small-smile.gif

I've been around for a wee while, albeit on the fringes. I went on the run last weekend - my first meet. I had an absolute blast and although I didn't talk to everybody, those I did talk to were very friendly and welcoming (and thanks to them for that) so I was a bit taken aback by the recent hostility.

Looking at it from the outside, there seems to be an issue where people feel they can't approach the RO - which is beyond me because judging from the posts I've seen in almost a year of lurking and then posting bollocks, Billy has always come across as nothing less than approachable and dedicated to the job in hand.

Because for whatever reasons people seemed to think Billy was unapproachable, things went through Gumball who then asked the collective questions. Offence was taken at that and things erupted.

My question is - WHY? I was a total n00b last weekend and saw a lot of guys (and girls) have a lot of fun. I was dead chuffed to be part of that. THAT is what it's all about - common enthusiasm for the MARQUE. If there are cliques then forget them. If there is bitching on MSN then forget it. Personal agendas - bah humbug. It's about enthusiasm for the marque and that seems to get lost along the wayside sometimes which is sad.

There are flyers out there that people have put serious effort into that are now being actively distributed and lead newcomers to this very forum. What the hell are they going to think when they drop by and it looks like a pie fight in kindergarten? Think about it.
