alistair_learmonth Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 Car was at Valet-Tech, Unit 7 Sprinkerse, Stirling for a wax and paint refurb, all for £29.00, A+ job and the car was spotless Oh, in the passing he was talking about a treatment for the front end to protect for stone chips. Its some new product or other and will do a paint touch up of stone chips then treatment. Never got no cost. But worth consideration owing to other threads about stone chipping and the like
st3ph3n Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 I've got a flyer for them in my drawer at work. Apparently work has used them a few times on the company cars with good results. For £29 that looks well worth it.

Was something on "5th Gear" the other week showing them applying it to the front of an Elise! Might be that eh? looked like a good idea to me Gus
alistair_learmonth Posted November 13, 2005 Author Posted November 13, 2005 Was a treament of some sort, he did say the car was buffed off prior to applying, the stone chips made good etc and scratches rubbed out if poss or as best as. I never saw the TV bit about the application film. Phone number for the Valet-Tech was 01786812233 or E-Mail at info@valet-tech.biz he may clarify what he was going to franchise, he was very interested in the prestige/sports car market and owners wanting to take care of there pride and joys.
