the squiggle Posted November 7, 2005 Posted November 7, 2005 I first saw this car at Abington Services on the M74 when Matt as bringing it back home. When i first laid eyes on it i swore that would be my next car. Last month Matt informed me that it was for sale and it was mine if i wanted it. So here it is It is a WRX STI Version 2 Limited She has been fitted with the following list off modifications JUN 2.2 Stroker kit HKS Front mount Intercooler Large IHI Hybrid turbo HKS SSQV Blow off valve..............Gay and sounds like a bus GRex Oil cooler with remote filter pod HKS Super Power Flow Air Filter Full HKS Hiper exhaust system HKS Hipermax 2 coilovers Front STI Strut Brace Mid Bomex Strut brace Apexi rear Strut Brace HKS Twin Plate clutch and uprated flywheel Cusco plated rear diff APexi Power FC and Commander Blitz Dual Solenoid Boost Controller with 4 boost settings {0.7, 0.9, 1.2 and 1.5bar} Zerosports body kit comprising Bonnet {GRP}, Fr bumper, Rr bumper and Adjustable Spoiler Greddy oil and water temp meters Tomei Air to Fuel Ratio meter Greddy Boost meter Lightweight Advan RC alloys Nismo Uprated fuel pump and regulator HKS Dual Power Ign system Subaru 4pot calipers with uprated discs and pads All this on top of std STI Limited spec The car as it stands the now is a good as it comes but i need to do one or two things to make her bullet {Squirrel} proof. Small things like move a oil filter from its current location, which is right in front of the air filter, and get the geometery done at Extreme or Progrip Future plans are to increase the size of the injectors up to the 550/740 region and fit the TD05/06 20g that was recently purchased from Walker Texas ranger. It should break the 400hp barrier quite easily with the 2.2 and 20g strapped onto it. Thanks to the following people for helping me obtain such a vehicle Matt for introducing me to such a spendid example of a modified Impreza The lads at AWD in Perth for the last minute prep work to get her on the road. Jamie, HISOOB, for such fine workmanship when Matt had the car MORIMOTOSOUGOUJIMA CENTER CO LTD, the last owner in Japan for building a great car and the biggest thanks goes to Imy, micra_wrc, for helping me out when i needed it the most Grant
