leon Posted October 17, 2005 Posted October 17, 2005 i would get a borg and beck clutch which would cost about £150 and get your flywheel reskimmed or buy a second hand lightned 1 do a search on scoobynet for borg and beck
paul_haggerty Posted October 19, 2005 Author Posted October 19, 2005 ok mate cheers just had a quote from mr clutch and its 650 which is a hell of alot cheers paul
The Guru Posted October 19, 2005 Posted October 19, 2005 I can help with the clutch, Jon and I have a sponsor from our rally car that will sort you out a good deal, we also have another sponsor that will fit it at a good price. It won't be anything like £650. I can get you a competition clutch from fast road to a full paddle clutch like in the rally car. I will be at the meet on Friday, if you need some more info let me know ! Arron.
darryl_martin Posted October 19, 2005 Posted October 19, 2005 Theres a company called techniclutch in jap performance listing a clutch for scooby at £152, obviously not fitted but its a standard clutch not paddle or organic that are normally listed. No idea if they are any good but may be worth a look, www.technclutch.com

granby Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 Arron or J-K, would it be possible to find out how much a uprated clutch inc fitting would be for my car , although at the moment it is holding up i don't expect it to last to long especially if i do any more 1/4 mile runs or track days Cheers Ian
HOL Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 Rally Colin in Reading did my Last one. Fitting Price of £200. Supply your own clutch. I got a lateral performance kit for £420. Its a bit for to go though, to fit a standard clutch.
