st3ph3n Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 On for an hour too. What the hell is with the English and Astons? Blatantly average cars in my opinion.
~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 OMG ! this will be a crackin' series me finks ! VBH gives me wood, Tiff is a legend and i love their test drives & Anglesey tests. As for that Aston - the sound of that thing from the roadside gave me goosepimples. That what I'm talkin' about Roll on the next one Cal p.s not too sure on Crusty the Clowns banter but that Sotheby's auction was full o' classy burds !
dougster Posted October 14, 2005 Author Posted October 14, 2005 The starter buttons on the Astons are made in DUMBARTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 That means they still they'll wriggle off the dash and nick the sweet alloys.......No wonder the car is fully alarmed Where the hell did you find that out ? It that's the case then I reckon the exhaust pipes were sculpted by naked Tahitian babes on a beach workshop in the Maldives where they have no safety kit to wear and get horny at the sight of blue skinned Scotsmen......I wish ! CS
st3ph3n Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 VBH. You would, wouldn't you? Her naughty school girl giggle when she hangs the arse of a porsche out. Tiff annoys the hell out of me. His voice grates. Plato is a good tester. The Bill Baillie-a-like seems to get all the crap jobs that even top gear wouldn't cover. Still, at least we're getting motoring interest telly.
dougster Posted October 14, 2005 Author Posted October 14, 2005 Cal I delivered to a factory in RENTON, and was waiting for a signature..........looked over and there was trays of about 20 stacked up. I asked if they would fit a CTR. I got the signature but FA else!!!!!

paulc555 Posted October 16, 2005 Posted October 16, 2005 Cal Went on a Seat track driving course a long time ago now when I bought my Cupra Sport...... VBH was my sole instructor for the day..... mmmmmmm she can drive............... gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr still have the certificate for it somewhere...she gave me 98% for my performance......ha ha......
oobster Posted October 16, 2005 Posted October 16, 2005 << BAH missed it! >> You didnt miss much. Load of rubbish. Poor-man's top gear.
~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted October 17, 2005 Posted October 17, 2005 Yeah 5th gear ain't Top gear but seeing the Aston get nailed round a decent track and not some lame flat airfield is more entertaining IMO. VBH is a wee minx ! Think I'll buy a Seat and sniff the seat after she departs the vehicle
RA Dunk Posted October 17, 2005 Posted October 17, 2005 << VBH is a wee minx ! Think I'll buy a Seat and sniff the seat after she departs the vehicle >> R-O-F-L!!
