Wave??

Well after a long time of not waving due to a poor response in the past I started again this morning. Got a 100% reply as I waved at one burgandy WRX estate and got a wave back. Put a smile on my face.

I guess there's just a lot of new Impreza owners who don't know the history. I must admit I'm in two minds whether to wave when it comes to new or older cars. I figure if the cars a few years old they the chances are the will have heard about it.

Craig, I've an RB5 but I don't think it was me that blanked you last night (depending on where it was and whether I was daydreaming )

When I wave I just get weird looks back too most of the time......

so now I tend to only wave to people that wave to me first!!!

Although there is someone who waves to me most mornings on my way to work

There was a comment in True Grip about the lack of waving going on. So we should definetly get it really going again.

The people I see occasionally are AndyWRX and Sheep and they both wave. There's another silver classic I pass and he waves, but I don't know who's at the helm of that one.

I'm in the same boat as Claire, I find that being a girl scooby driver i don't get any waves back or even eye contact!!

I'm yet to get my first wave!!!! When me and ally are in the car together he gets loads of waves / flashes.

It's usually only classic owners that I get a wave from. The newage owners must look down their noses at us peasants.

Being a new age owner i can say i dont look down my nose and i wave at nearly all scoobs when i see them.

must admit though the amount of waves i get back is pretty poor
