Neofox Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 Hey guys, just got car back from a little service and been told that my rear anti rollbar bushes are on their way out. So decided when i book her in gonna get as much done to uprating bushes and bars that i can afford. My main questions are what would i really need to do to a V3 STi Type RA? Also i`m looking at getting some gauges in, whats the pro/cons between going mechanical or digital? Cheers guys, appreciatte any and all comments. Thanks Ian
ormiboy Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 hi neo, what was the hampden roar regarding your water leak? did you get it sorted? cheers
mitchell Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 from what ive heard, mechanical is the way to go, as with many digital guages, they tend to become difficult to read as light reflects off them, probably not ideal if your driving the car at the time!!!!!!!!
wrxmania Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 NOTHING looks cooler in the car than Defi BF's - they are the business. One day I dream of watching the startup procedure everyday.... then jumping in the other car and going to work Brian

Neofox Posted September 2, 2005 Author Posted September 2, 2005 Cheers for the replies but i think i should have explained a bit better, i was actually meaning as in the working sensor for the guage and not the face. Just wondering what the pros/cons of a digital sensor or a mechanically operated gauge! Cheers Also anyone got any suggestions on the bushes etc? Ian
johnnyr6 Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 if your changing bushes whiteline have a good selection of uprated parts. uprated arb, droplinks and polybushed....sorted oh don't forget to get the geometry sorted when all done.
