Can you shift your own thread

Can you shift a thread like you have done a thread in scottish scoobies and like to move to strictly technical its just my computer skills are a bit rough

Willie, i can no longer edit my profile. I went overboard one day and did it about 5 times and now i can't do it at all, just get a forum error.
