WRC No 1 Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 very much so its things like that we need to have an sidc stand at wullie
zeolite Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 There are lots of events about in the summer and the RO's have normal lives to lead as well as SIDC events.
Gumball Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 yes its a good idea to have a presence there. we should try and get as many members (new) as we can. theres so many scoobies flying about that dont have an affilation with SIDC for various reasons. we should try and get them all to join !!!!!
WRC No 1 Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 dont need to be an ro to organise events . it would be good to run it past an ro for that area to go ahead and organise. wullie

imprezapete Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 Maybe they are busy or dont want to organise it. If im correct, fife has no RO
RS Grant Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 Thats true... Fife doesnt have a R/O. It just needs a couple of peeps to take charge of this and organise things on behalf of the club. As has been mentioned, the R/O have their own lives and its not fair to expect them to work continually to organise stands etc for every single event that comes up. Cheers, Grant
spooks Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 Makes you all warm and Fuzzy when the comment of we dont need a RO to organise .......... If you want a stand why dont you consult with an RO. If the members want this Im sure something can be arranged Spooks
