Advice please on oil & filter change in West Lothian area...

As above, looking to get someone to do an oil & filter change on my 03-plate WRX.

Must be:

• In West Lothian area

• Able to provide a receipt

• Using decent oil, not Halfrauds own-brand crap

• Able to do the change "while-u-wait"

Tried a Subaru dealer, and they are quoting £70 inc. VAT, also tried a place in Whitburn that's been mentioned a few times on the forum and they are too expensive.

Booked the car into Hypertech in Bonnybridge, Duncan gave me a good price for doing the oil change.

Anyone used Duncan before? Good or bad experiences? Want to feel assured the car is in safe hands

Andy, Hypertech seems to be flavour of the month just now.

Dont think there are any bad posts going round.

You should be safe enough Its only an oil change anyway. Your getting too paranoid in your old age

Ah crap spooks, sorry bud, i didn't even think. Must be the hot weather.

I shan't make the same mistake twice. A receipt wasn't absolutely essential, just preferrable as i like to keep things like that to pass onto any potential new owners (if i ever need to sell it).

I use Swifts in Whitburn - Extreme Motorsport Subaru and Mitsubishi specilists by another name - they have done all my intermediate changes. Very good and Geordie is a superb mechanic.

Nothing to worry about at hypertech m8

I aint been going there long but from what i've seen Duncan knows his stuff, i wont be going anywhere else from now on.
