wrxmania Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 Good luck Dougs - hope it shifts soon for you - at a bargain price too. If I were looking for a wagon I'd consider this. This is one of the best looking classic wagons I've seen - and I'm not particularly into wagons... B
ScoobyAndy Posted September 2, 2005 Posted September 2, 2005 i'll do you a swap Dougster if not... Brian u know u want to buy urself a sensible car for daily use
Johnny50 Posted September 2, 2005 Posted September 2, 2005 Andy...just buy it matey. It's a cracking wagon.

ScoobyAndy Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 << The wife loves them Andy !! >> well tell her to stop shopping n get buying something she wants lol
corsa Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 After 3 months on here i think it may be time to look elsewhere for the sale eh? Best of luck.
st3ph3n Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 I'll have another go with my mate Dougster. He NEEDS a scooby, rather than all these other cars he goes through.
dougster Posted September 4, 2005 Author Posted September 4, 2005 Dave, thanks for your input. The thread may be three months long but the sale has been on and off. It is now on as I got myself a Honda. I have it advertised on other forums as well.
wrxmania Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 With those chav tints and bling alloys - it'll be doing burnouts before you know it
dougster Posted September 9, 2005 Author Posted September 9, 2005 Pretty sad fact Brian but I know the two previous owners and you know I have looked after it well. FSH and more!! What a waste if it goes that way. Ideal track project and I'd rather see it stripped and cadged than in a car park with F&M regulars. At the end of the day the colour of their money is just the same and I might get to take a couple of High Street Honeys out for a test drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wrxmania Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 Very true - it would be a great car for the right owner, as it was for you. I hate seeing them being nailed everywhere on the road - people just look at them at act like old men, tutting and shaking their head... One day the drivers' will realise they look like a complete d*ck.
5cooby Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 i really wish i had the cash to buy it just now (donations any one lol) its a nice example of a wagon (kind of sets the standard) good luck with the sale mate hope it goes to a good home and continues to get looked after as well as it has mind you mate i could still be interested i might be able to borrow the cash from my old man and pay him back so dont give up hope just yet
dougster Posted September 9, 2005 Author Posted September 9, 2005 bttt for the two lads I have been PMing about the car.
ScoobyAndy Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 how about a bit of barter Dougster.. swap u couple of cows, load of wheat, barley and a load of straw for it?? seems like i'll have more chance getting it this way that selling the car
st3ph3n Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Dougster, I tried mate, but he just wont be persuaded.
dougster Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Traders and dealers now being offered the sale of the century. Money to be made in this car and I need shot of it asap.
