Hepy Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 I was on my way down to Ayr on Monday and noticed some new blue poles on the central reservation. There was nothing on them, but I assume that they were for the SPEC cameras.
dougster Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 Try going down south!!! SPECS, GATSOS, TRUVELOS, cooncil vans on the fly-overs and LOADS of traffic cars parked up on hidden locations on main routes !!!! TBH, we have it pretty easy.
st3ph3n Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 I've been faffing with TomTom Mobile 4 on my phone. You can download a list of cameras (red light, specs, gatso and popular mobile sites) and set it to warn you when you get near them. It does work really well, but not quite as good as my road angel. Apparently the A70 is getting closely watched for speeders jus now. That's south lanarkshire into south ayrshire through Douglas, Muirkirk, Cumnock and so forth.
