Gumball Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 I would if it was that car with that mileage in that condition. I dont think for 4.5k it can be genuine, can it? can it? No one in the right mind is going to sell a 53 wrx for that price if theres nowt wrong with it, even for a quick sale? Im even going to forget i ever saw that ad............what ad
oobster Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 i agree - looks shady - especially since the seller has only had an ebay account for 3 days
CAZ1562 Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 You'll find thats what it looked like last week - now its been wrapped around an oak tree last night and the only thing worth salvaging is the gear knob
gordon_kerr Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 << You'll find thats what it looked like last week - now its been wrapped around an oak tree last night and the only thing worth salvaging is the gear knob I need a new gear knob!!!!! Ask Del lol
RS Grant Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 It is an Auto, which IMO will bring the price down..... and from the pics, the leather doesnt look too 'leather-ish' to me. But for 5k, its cheap if everything checks out on HPi etc and I suppose you could buy it, and go straight into a Subaru Dealer and ask them to buy it off you. They may offer 7k, but they dont know you paid 2k less than that for the car. Either that or stick it in Autotrader for 3-4k less than an equivalent WRX manual and sell the fooker on there. Dunno, maybe I'm just too gullable............. but I would be tempted to check this out further. Cheers, Grant
p1ggm Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 its not the car, its all rubbish, i know i have seen that car somewhere on the net for a company,(but cant remember where) and as for it being an auto.........look at the GEAR STICK
