They did the first service on my car. Not impressed I have to say. Costly, although it is a european import so fair enough, but also "too busy" to look at a problem with my driver's seat which was mentioned to them when the car was booked in for a service. Infact the day it was booked in for a service it had been taken to them to get them to look at the problem with the seat, which they said "we'll do that when we service it".

The two sales guys (1 might have been from the Vauxhall part of the garage) were nice as anything when I spoke to them many months ago though. So that's +1 over the sales guy at Drive who looked firmly down his nose at me in the most arrogant way he could.
