Just while everyone is slacking off ready for the weekend, just wanted to post a little query to get your thoughts.

Today's is "What's your favourite movie car?"

Thought of this because Cret and I were talking about KITT from Knightrider last night and the Ford Falcon Interceptor from Mad Max.

The best answer wins a prize.

gotta love him face-icon-small-wink.gif

(although the later "made for TV" movies were somewhat dissapointing, although the evil black beetle in the recent one was quite cool face-icon-small-blush.gif

Erm General Lee from Dukes of Hazzard was cool. The DeLorean from back to the future also. Let me think some more whilst eating my sarnies face-icon-small-wink.gif

The General Lee was a Dodge Charger R/T, similar sort of car to the black Charger in Fast and the Furious, possibly the sexiest piece of steel ever made.

Knackers to KITT, KARR is far superior - he's the evil prototype version of KITT, and he doesn't sound gay either!

I like the Mitsubishi in the canonball run too.

Favourite is the white Lotus Esprit Submarine from The Spy Who Loved me. face-icon-small-smile.gif

Yeah, I too loved the Mitsubishi driven by Jackie Chan in Cannonball Run. No racial stereotypes whatsoever.

Jackie Chan also built by hand a Mitsubishi 3000GT (GTO) in one film where he played the part of a JTCC touring car champ.

Which car is it in Cobra?

The old James Bond Aston Marin DB5 is a cool, cult style classic. Definately a car to be driven wearing a smoker's jacket and with a glass of sherry in the hand.

The white Dodge Challenger in Vanishing Point was a bit of beast but not as good as the Aston Marton DBS George Lazenby drives in On Her Majesty's Secret Service....he manages to make the tyres squeal while driving off a sandy beach!! Magnificant!! Lol
