.........am toying with the idea of getting a carbon fibre front splitter.

i think it may finish off the front end nicely but still slightly unsure or should i just go for normal plastic one colour coded?????

Andy, I wouldn't bother with the CF, I got a plain black one and it looks the dogs. The black paint is that hard stuff that doesn't chip, un like getting it colour coded where it will end up getting chipped to hell.

Only thing that put me off the CB one is that I had heard some of them had started to flake.

No problems with flaking at all, indeed the quality is excellent

Piece of p1ss, if you can get the car on a ramp that is the easiest way. 20-30 mins. You'll need a drill and some spanners and thats about it.

Don't you just love the weather up here

Prodrive wheels are the dogz, mine are in the garage for the winter so the standard ones are back on. Also got myself a set of the 17" WR1 wheels with the RE070s for track action

As for the CF bonnet leave that madness to DRB5 and his micro-light

As for fitting the splitter in the cold harsh December weather, i can send your car through DHL for you to fit it in sunny Iraq. Might cost a few grand and you will have to collect it from Baggydaddy but it will save having to deal with our god awful miserable weather. Better still i can drive it all the way over to the hell hole and walk back
