Just wondered what launch technics people use on the 1/4 mile so i can have a bit of practice before the 10th.

rev to 4000rpm clutch down then lift off lol

The first time i went up the 1/4 mile i revved it to 5000rpm and dropped the clutch and even then the engine bogged down, so the next run i went in the other lane and done the same and this time it took off, this time i'm gonna try a granny start to see how it goes.

Go and find a nice straight quiet road the night before & practice After that, just imagine you're at traffic lights next to one of the local boy racers & you should be fine... I you can't find a nice quiet road, come along to the one I found

One thing to remember is that at the pod they have "glue" on the starting line

Not toooo harsh with the clutch

Once you get on that line, you forget about all the crowds & just keep your eyes on the lights lol
