Clutch fitting

Recommended Posts

The scoob needs a new clutch, which I now have in my possession, only problem is I Paul can't fit it until the 6th of July, and I've got people coming round to see the car at the weekend! Anyone got any ideas of people who might be able to (competently) fit it?

Cheers!

shouldn't be rocket science for any decent garage that's got a ramp.

Can be done without but pretty much means taking the engine out. With a ramp they can simply drop the gearbox down.

Gearbox is easy to undo from the engine etc, just make sure if they aren't familiar with 'pull' clutches like scoobs have that they know how to properly get the clutch into position once it's in.
