Just joined, been driving a Subaru Impreza WRX for over 25 years, current model 2006 WRX 2.5L. Are the forums active? What are the events like any recommendations? Thanks

Over 25 years?! That's awesome! What was your first Subaru?

Naturally, the forums tend to get more active towards the beginning of the show season in April.

There are events for everyone, ranging from Club show displays to parade laps, track days, social meets, scenic drives and the ever popular annual Festive dinner.

You are welcome to come and join us on the SIDC Club stand for one show to see what you think before signing up for a full membership:

Club Meets & Discounted Show Tickets

Track Days
In accordance with the club’s aim to improve members’ driving skills, we have affiliated with several other motoring clubs and have track days.

Events are fully marshalled and the emphasis is on fun, learning new skills and using the potential of your car in a safe environment (as opposed to on the road). You need a crash helmet.
