Best Oil

Hiya all, can anyone advise me on the best engine oil for an ‘06 hawk WRX? The car is an ex cop interceptor so am wondering if 5-30 would be best as per manual or 5-40? Fully synthetic I guess on both counts? ll advise gratefully received! Ta

I use 10W50 esther synthetic in my 07 STI

ISTR I used the same in my MY2000 classic turbo. I use Fuchs Titan Race Pro S but the equivalent Mobil 1 is probably as good.

Both are available from Opie oils. I've bought from them for many years and always had good service. Other than that, I've no connection with Opie.

i agree on both pionts and use Fuch TRPS on both of mine
