Roof Bar Fitment

Anyone know if classic roof bars will fit directly into a blob eye , both 4door style? Thanks

Thanks very much Don, useful info , I will find out tomoro for certain when we have a run up to Edinburgh to pick some possible bargain bars and roof box up. Will make a day out of it, whatever, thanks.

Saturday: couldn't get them to fit ! , the lugs on the bars that fit into the roof gutters, seemed longer than the depth available in the blob eye gutters, so couldn't get them fitted, pity. Must be a knack to slotting them in, but I couldn't work it out, either that or they changed between classic and blob eye gutters?
