Why Is Modding Never Simple

Recommended Posts

Is it just me or when you go to replace a part you end up discovering that something else needs replaced that you didn't know about? What should have been a simple job of installing the samco intercooler kit has identified that I now need a new turbo inlet induction hose. Some nice mechanic that must have worked on the car before I got it had made a nice hole in the plastic oem one. Now I need to source a new one and boy they don't come cheap. Looking at a couple of silicon options just now as the oem one seems to be very expensive.

options i have found so far are

all varied in price and looks and i know the samco one will be the rolls royce but is a bit too procey to be honest. Mr credit card wont like that.

Does anyone have any experience of any of the above?

thanks

Chris
