How Do You Increase Boost?

as title says. im running 0.8 bar at the mo and was wondering how i can turn it up to about one bar. can it be done or do i need to change boost solinoid or something?

Fuel air mix really needs to be adjusted to suit hence why folk get cars mapped.

ahh cheers paul. so its all done thru the ecu. was just wondering about a manual boost controller as mine is already overfuelling. but dont k now enough about it to do it myself. so was wondering what my options were

Some folk do use manual controllers but I'd go down the tried and tested remap route. Whats causing the over fuelling?

If you are overfuelling you have a problem which needs sorting.

its becuase of whats been done. fmic decat stainless and 4 branch headers. been on the rolling road and its not overfuelling bad but do get some flameage when giving it welly then come off the throttle but garage said its running a safe 300 brake at the mo on 0.8 bar. but was told need a apexi if i want more mods and bhp

Get the ecu bought and get the boost up. You wont regret it

Can someone tell me how the apexi works? My car came with one but no instructions...

Don't want to fiddle with it incase I mess it up but would be nice to know how to use it!

The power fc is a replacement ecu. Some come with hand controllers that allows you to programme it but unless you know what your doing I wouldn't touch. The controller can also be used for monitoring certain parameters.
