I've had a reply back from the wheel and that's us all booked in but what i need is times to put forward to them!

What times should I say 10am till 2 pm? Or maybe 3 or start later at 11?

Neil, previously we have always made it an afternoon event but that doesn't mean we need to do that this time

If you mean food. Not sure if chris is thinking of doing a similar list that ran for wheels and wings where we all picked something of the food list that wed bring.

Was wondering if there was going to be BBQ or has the wheel folk told us food is not allowed with their being a cafe?

The BBQ is a no no cause of the fire risk but food we bring should be ok!

Are portable/ camping stoves allowed for bacon etc.

Or is it strictly packed lunch and marshmallows off any team ice exhausts
