cranked
Have just visited Ashburton Subaru today and they have quoted £400 for a 60k service. Quite alot more than i had imagined it would be and does seem a ridiculous price. I was thinking like £100-£150...! Any other recommended garages i could use instead as £400 seems very steep to me! bertious
hello mate, I just did my 70k service with Ashburton and that cost me £280 and this service is less work then the 60k! Link to comment
spect
You could try KL Car Prep in Heathfield, Kevin looks after my car for me. Or SWCC in Long Road Paignton. A couple of Scooby nuts in there too. Also you could try Enginetuner in Plymouth, if they can fit you in, lol. Link to comment

steve_wrx
you need all oils chainging gearbox/diff/engine. then they charg you for getting rid of it. filters and gaskets. all adds up oh and of course labour. had mine done wednesday, total £460 Link to comment
overboost
If it is the cambelt service then its understandable... Link to comment
beefoss
I have just dropped all the oils myself and it cost a fraction of the price. There is a place in Wellington, Somerset that you can hire out a ramp for £5 per hour and it may have taken us a few hours and a steep learning curve but reckon it can all be done easily within 2 hours. Note to self You Need a breaker bar for rear diff and a T70 torx bit (for my '56 WRX). The JDM Blob used different sockets/spanners. Link to comment
