got home yesterday to find my new brakes had arrived - 6 pot AP racing calipers with 360mm discs :D

cant wait to get them fitted, but first i need to decide on what pads to use, havent been too impressed with the ds2500's ive got on just now, and also whether to change the colour from black and yellow to brembo gold and red for full stealth marks ;)

no they wont fit under his 17's or thats the size of disc I would have gone for

Go on Dave, just stick them on the way they are, you know you want too :driving:

Anyways I'm off to have a look at my engine mounts as it has finaly dried up a bit.

clearence was a bit tight had to remove wheel weights and add hammer on ones, good job local garage were still open.

this put me behind schedule when i was wanting away, cant say i followed proper bedding in procedure for new pads :rotfl:

mine came with near new ds2500 but i will leave them for track. went against my better judjment and went for ebc bluestuff as they seem to be getting good reviews, was after something more road use friendly. if they turn out to be crap they will be replaced with some 1144.

looking good Euan!

you did a good job with the painting, look well tidy once your summer wheels and suspension are back on

let me know how you find the blue stuff - im planning to run 1144's or similar for road too

Pagid pads are awsome, they came recommended to me by Barretts Rally MotorSport who were British Rally Champions for a while! I have used them ever since, that has been the best part of 6 years! Got to admit I like a firm pedal as well!
