Theres a thread over on scoobynet about the building of the car. It was done by ABW he then sold it and the new owner has spent more money on various other stuff.

Looks pretty damn good.

Doh just noticed the link to the thread in the advert :getmecoat:

So? :tumbleweed:;)

I'd have that in a minute. REALLY like the look of that :driving:

:iagree: Well documented build and looks like its had a heap of cash spend on it. Tempted but my wife would fall out with me :boxing: Pity its a CAT D though.

I really like this car. Being a cat D wouldnt bother me in the slightest, you can see the amount of work that has gone into the car in the thread, it will be absolutely spot on, even if you came to sell it and anyone interested was worrying about it on cat D, the thread will always be there to read. I wonder how much it would cost to build another like it, would be much more than the asking price, much much more. Its all custom steel panels aswell, its a bargain! i dont think it will be for sale very long.

Just realised that its CAT D stolen recovered, I thought I read it was in an accident on S/N or myabe I was jjust making that up in my own little head  Think the cost for a build like that was quoted as 5k, that was also on S/N by the company that did the original work.

I got mixed up with this car and the EMB car, it began as a fire damaged car, stolen recovered is no biggy really. Even buying a bugeye, then getting all the work done to bring it up to this spec would cost a lot more, buy it buy it buy it!

I think the car looks the bollox as a car that has been crafted well from an exterior point, but not as a wrc replica looks wise.

Taking the car as ''something that has been changed'' it looks awesome !!!

Some amount of work too. The dash is awesome

Someone will have that in a flash ! I wish I had 10k just to drive it for a while and then sell it on !!

Its a nice car, but they aren't Genuine WRC Panels. Greer Sport Racing have a similar car With all the Genuine WRC Panels etc for sale soon. And there is no comp-arising to this car IMO. This car looks stupid. If you are going to do a WRC replica then do it right.

Any pics of Greer Sport replica ?? Surely it's gonna cost a small fortune if they have used genuine panels??

I was told the car was out on the road yesterday or today but not for sale.

First to 300, 400,500 and 600 have been claimed

First proper WRC replica has been built and claimed

Another is nice but no cigar. Just another sequal :icon_pray:
