Scottish S I D C Southbound Relay

Heh, That got your attention..

Looking for any fellow SIDC'ers who would be willing to help transport the main bulk of the SIDC stand down from Morayshire to tommytcut in clackmannanshire. Stand woudl need to be at it's destination before the Bridge of Allan event on 4th July.

Anyone heading down south from the north in the next couple of weeks who wouldn't mind taking the stand with them part of the way?

Not looking for anyone to do the whole run with it, but maybe shuffle it down the road over the next couple of weeks. I'd do it myself but thought I'd ask for any volunteers en-route to save me the £70 round trip Although the run down over the lecht and down glenshee was damn good fun last time

I have the flagpoles so any transport vehicle woudl need to either have foldy down rear seats of the ski-hatch to allow them to fit in the car..

Any help appreciated!

Might be a bit late Al but i'm taking the kids down to Northumberland on the 3rd. Could be a squeeze getting everything in though! If i'm needed i'll see what i can fit in.

possibly cutting it a bit fine.. thanks for hte offer though... Just for the sake of interest, the bits i have would take up 1/2 the boot and flag poles would basically stretch from the back of the boot to the handbrake/gearstick.., so yeah it does take up a bit of space.

Gus i have made arrangements with dave to pick it up midweek or whatever time suits him, waiting on him getting back with day and time,but we will have it for the show at BRIDGE OF ALLAN.Do you have the big banner and the two small ones also the large card sign ?????

I have a Dis Astra van, im running veg oil so could do renfrew to morryshire and back on about half a tank so would be happy to do the run

anyways if you want me to come and pick up and drop off to Tommy, give me a shout ( be easier than making the kids sit on the roof)
