No it doesn't, it starts at 10am for Practice with warm ups starting at 9am and Live action demos at 10:30... (According to the program that they mailed me with my ticket)

Sorry, I should have said TA practice starts at 11. Unless your copy is different to the one on their web site? In which case do let me know and I'll check with KH.
