marky.t.s Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Just like to thank idiot driving fiesta whilst texting for rear ending my car last night on M8 in rush hour traffic,t**t thats crap mate, much damage? were the cops involved?did they check his phone for evidence of recent use?.....i'm a nosey git!
jacko324 Posted April 8, 2010 Author Posted April 8, 2010 (edited) No police ,his insurance already contacted me just waiting to get it seen . Guys phone was on passenger seat slid open i said to him and he said he wasn't using it, was more concerned about my 18 month old son who was sitting in back seat. Bumper damaged ,back panel boot lid and rear lights damaged just the hassle and inconvienance of it all now. Not happy Oh and a extra big thank you to the british transport police who where right beside me when it happened and drove off ,cheers guys (probably not there problem but could have stop to see if eveything was ok) Edited April 8, 2010 by jacko324
jacko324 Posted April 8, 2010 Author Posted April 8, 2010 Wee fella is fine and i'm just annoyed at damage and fiesta driver. just glad it wasn't a higher speed impact.
rig-pig Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 glad all are ok i dont think i would have kept my cool if i had the wee man in the car, i would have involved the police if he was on the phone, as the next time it might not be just a bump he has

gordi82 Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 (edited) thats crap. don't know if you have accses to another car or not but there is a company called accident exchange they will provide you with a car the same type as yours or better (no worse) and claim from his insurance. here is the link to the site http://www.accidentexchange.com/ Gordon Edited April 8, 2010 by gordi82
