re fitted my boost gauge after the tube melted on the turbo and now the DV is not working have not noticed and drop in power or boost
a strange one
anyone have any ideas ??

is there an easy way to tell if my up-pipe is cracked
i think it is leaking but i am finding it hard to tell
dont want to take it off unless i have to
it was an used sti one that i fitted at the time of a remap

about half the cars on track are hire cars these days clios swifts golfs sciroccos porsches alfas
just back on monday from the ring and a few lads had hired from rsr for a half day then the track was shut at about 2pm for the rest of the day after they got one lap (bad crash 6 + cars) and the said they got most of there money back
think the insurance excess is not good a bad off could cost £10000 plus ie amco car damage track being shut etc etc
steak on a stone ........................was lovely

car was making a whistling noise when on the throttle and the dump valve sounded weak but no power loss on high or low boost
Mow it is running rough and cutting out strong smell petroleum
Would the dump valve sticking open cause these problem s
I do have a leak in the up pipe which had been there when the car was mapped
Any advise
I thought the point of the strip was to get a good start and a good time not to try and wheel spin all the way down which a lot of fwd cars where trying there best to do !!! lol
