Bought a rear anti roll bar direct from them, came without the rear anti roll bar bush's (which it states is included in the fitting instructions). The first phone call I made to the salesman who put me on hold...........cut off! (Friday) Called again, managed to get back through to him, he then tells me "we dont know what we are doing here at the moment, Ill call you back". Waited all day on Friday no phone call, phoned them back as you do, wont pick up his phone. Called them again this morning, put through and his calls are going to voicemail! Got to say the customer service is shocking, absolutely shocking! WJ
scouk Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Maybe this is the beginning of the end for prodrive... They loose WRC, then they miss out on F1 because they wont take Cosworth engines.. Then Subaru get Cosworth to do their next limited edition Impreza! They still build Group N cars and they have the Aston Martin team.. But it's surely a big blow for prodrive! What you describe there is similar to how companies react as they are about to disappear Hope I'm wrong though and fingers crossed you get thigns sorted soon
rig-pig Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 when i phoned them about a spoiler i was told to just go to my nearest Subaru dealer to order the parts and the guy was rather rude about it, but im glad i did because they could do it cheaper than prodrive and that was with a 30% discount price from prodrive
wrxmania Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 I think the Prodrive/Subaru association is at an end pretty much.. Eventually I think we'll buy a CPP - Cosworth Performance Pack or a Subaru one... In saying that all my Prodrive bits are ordered and due for delivery on Wednesday to the dealer... Brian

(4 hours later I phoned them back) If yer looking for Prodrive parts go to a dealer or a car accessorie shop who stocks Prodrive parts. One painfull leason learned!
