Finally started putting the type r back together tonight.

Couple of pics took with my phone.

Another top job Barry, I hope you'll be keeping this one for a few years so I can have a good drool every time I see it, mind & give us a bell if your up this way & pop in for a brew, you can get a wee swatch at my FWD toy lol

I will be trailering the car up to Duncans for some suspenion work in the new year so i'll take you up on the offer for a brew & a look around the RS mate. :thumbup:

Finally got the type r back from the bodyshop & into my garage. B)

But saddly i damaged the rear bumper when loading it on to the trailer so thats now back at the bodyshop & i should have it back next week. :thumbup:

I have also made a start under the bonnet, but i have loads more samco hoses & a repainted inlet manifold to fit & then a good clean done & thats the bay finished.

Made a start on the interior aswell but i have a few wiring issues to sort out before i can get this finished & as im no good with wires a mate of mine is going to help out :thumbup:

It's looking the absolute dogs bollocks Barry :thumbup: really can't wait to see it in the flesh, once you've driven a really good classic nothing else compares I think anything else you drive you always compare it back to your classic, mind & give me a bell when your'e coming up to Dunc's

Feck off :rotfl: cant beat the best of both worlds Paul, it was time for the GB to go while it was still worth something & the £1200 to put it on the road to drive 5,000 miles every year was just starting to take the piss

Dave Dave Dave so many questions, Ins £223, Tax £235, Service £120 less than half the price of the GB before turning a wheel, RA for the highland run, be wearing a blue jumper wi white polka dots now piss aff & stop hogging Barry's post ya donkey
