aye, you got a good bargain there. i was half tempted but have a few too many as is.

is it no a v5 though? as rear spolier has have the raised lip or the v6 splitter which may have been lost in its past. dont think theres much difference anyway apart from slightly longer 5th.

Looks very nice Barry. You always seem to put together a car that turns heads - this is a great starting point so when it comes to wheel decision etc I'm sure you'll get it right (not putting any pressure on you or nothing !! ).

Look forward to seeing its progress....and welcome back...again !

Very nice, I always loved that colour after seeing my first RB5 - I am back in a Scoob but it's a GX  I really want a turbo again. Anyway glad to see someone is back in the fold again

P.S. IMHO - the rear tints don't suit that car - kind of messes with the clean 3-door look a bit... JMO.

Wheels are braw B)

Im going to be taking the tints out if i can

The fronts are tinted to but i just dont like the tinted look.

As for the wheels im thinking black cause iv had black on my last 2 scoobs. B)

Very, very nice.

Couple of point though....

No headlamp wash on the jdm's thats not the original bumper

I think the glass it tinted on the type r's, not a film added to them. Could be mistaken though.

If in any doubt whether it's a 5 or a 6 then try to start it without pressing the clutch down. If it does it's a 5 or a 6 with an aftermarket ecu. One of the other telltails would have been the front splitter but as the bumper has been changed......

The front bumper has been replaced due to a minor shunt & i think it may well be a V5 as it seem to have the shorter 5th gear eg at 70mph its sitting at 3.5k revs & it also starts without my foot on the clutch. B)

Thanks for the advise. B)
