The 114.3 pcd sti's have different hole postions for the lower part of the shock going on to the hub on the front .

The BC's are labelled for each corner and fronts are shorter than rears.

Usually corner specific due to brackets for brakelines etc plus different lengths front and rear of course.

Meant to add, it's not a daft question John, everyone is daft until they learn the answers to questions.

Say somone others a rear right shock for going on the left and the only difference is the fitting for the brake pipe or doing the same for the front.Would you fit it with a bit of hose round the brake pipe to protect the pipe then cable tied to shock to get you by and save money .This is a random question
