What Exhaust System To Buy?

Just replaced the standard downpipe on my Type RA for a decat and now thinking of replacing the rest (de-catted) but not sure what to go for.I know the Blitz Nur Spec is a good exhaust but seems to be a bit too loud for me.Would like something a bit quieter but still retaining the true scooby sound.

Anyone any ideas or sites to look at ?

Hayward and Scott is decent stuff, good fit, good finish and nice (varying levels) of sound depending which system you go for.

Revolution is usually a name mentioned re: exhausts as are some of the TSL range.

Hayward & Scott fitted to mine, not ott which suits me fine.

I loved the note and burble that my old scoob had with the afterburner vortex backbox. Its not as loud as the blitz.

ive got the revolution system on my type r and its brilliant quiet inside the car/loud'ish outside the car! excellent value for money! proper stainless system unlike my HKS system whick only the backbox was stainless and it was ear bleeding loud!

I have Revolution 3" downpipe and 3" system. Nice and quiet, but not silent.

its a h&s back box thats on my old car. pretty discreet with full decat without being too loud.

What about getting one made? C&C Stainless in Hillington will build a high quality one for your car for instance.

That should be LOUD.... not simply "loud"
