icedog13 Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 Finally got the car washed properly after the crap weather finished and got some photos done. It was bustin' ma chops watchin the car sit in that snow after having it detailed in December and not being able to get it gleaming again. I tried to was it at one point but could not stand up on the ice outside - the neighbours must think I'm mental! The car was hand washed, power rinsed, but unfortunately it was too windy to hand dry. All detailing work done by Paul at http://www.theultimateshine.com - highly recommended!! Enjoy. Thanks for looking, Craig.
wrxmania Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 Looks mega. What did you get done at your detail in December? Brian
mystery machine Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 Looking spangley, Craig I'm hoping to give mine its first proper wash of the year this weekend - taken it to the jet wash for a hosing-down a few times over the last month, but it's just not the same... Moan the spring!

Ultimate Shine Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 Looks mega. What did you get done at your detail in December?Brian Craig had my full wash procedure including thew engine bay and door and boot shuts. Then i carried out a 2 stage paint correction on car as a single stage wasnt going to meet the job. Car was protected with Blackfire polish and wax and the inside was cleaned and protected with 303 Aerospace Dressing and 303 Fabric Guard. Glass was done with Nanolex Urban. For those people that are looking for a protection that is going to last for ages i am currently adding G-Tecnique products to my detailing products. Maybe not the best looking product when applied but very durable.
paul555sti Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 Looking good Ultimate shine do you have a black van with your logo on it?
stubaroo Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 The car looks fantastic. Didn't even realise there was this kind of service in Markinch, had a wee look at the website and its the real deal. I must drop in sometime for a quote as I am not too far away.
