Problem - Lost My Car Keys

Hi folks, i have a bit of a problem. I have lost my car keys and dont have a spare set. I have a spare fob for the immobiliser but no key.

What do i do now? Is it possible to get a code off the ignition barrell and have a key made from that?

Or is it gonna be a case of changing everything?????

Any help would be much appreciated

I imagine you will need new locks and ignition barrell but hopefully im wrong

Im hoping i dont have to go down the road of new locks etc but that might be the only option! Any ideas folks??

I had my keys stolen a few years ago. Had it lifted by M8 recovery and taken to Subaru in Eaglesham (closest). They supplied me with a key from the chassis number within 2 days at the cost of £65.

All you need is driving license and proof of ownership.

Cheers for the info guys. Had the police come to my door just there with my keys in their hand. A young boy found them on the street and handed them in. Thanks wee man you saved a lot of hastle for me and put a smile back on my face!! Its nice to know there are still some good people in the world. Its a shame they didnt know what the boys name was or where he stayed as i want to get him something to say thankyou!!
