HairyDJ Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Sorry guys, we're no can do - Chrissy working & me at Rockingham stages for the weekend. But, there's a free pudding deal if you guys come prepared again .... Can't wait till Christmas? As an early Christmas present you and 3 friends can enjoy a free Sundae Best Ice Cream when you all purchase any main meal between now and December 6th! Just print off this email and present the voucher below when ordering. Interestingly, the web page says a pud each without mentioning 3 mates http://www.harvester.co.uk/webnov09.html?u..._campaign=17811 voucher at http://www.harvester.co.uk/site-media/down...e-ice-cream.pdf Cheers, David & Chrissy

anthony_jay Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Hopefuly shirley and me can make it but depends on if the headlight is fixed as when the car was parked when we went shopping some 1 reversed into the front of the car smashing the pansenger healight and done damage to the bumper, and drove off. . didnt want to take the risk of driving with only 1 headlight. the headlight i can do but trying to work out if its a electric or manually adjustable unit. and the bumper not sure untill the headlight is taken off.

Hopefully it's down to Christmas belt-tightening and like you say Andy, it improves in the New Year.
andyjudge Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 Hopefully the new year will see things picking up again as we always enjoy the oxon meets. Last couple of months have been difficult with me starting new job etc... typically I don't get to see the kid's for more than 1/2 hr on a couple of evenings a week so weekend's are hectic. Andy

Vimmy Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 With my current work load over the last year or so, with having to work many late nights and weekends, trying to get to these meets is a damn hard thing to achieve. I want to come along to them all, but finding the time is hard and when I do get some time I find I've not spent much time with the family. Hopefully things will calm down with a lot of our projects going live on the interweb so meaning a bit more time for getting out. The only time i do get free is after 10 pm and I'm to be found tinkering away in the 'shack' working on projects for the car... The mid week meets are a hoot and, for me anyway, these I find easier to get the time to attend, boss permitting anyway
