You were heading north whilst I was waiting to join at the Barrmill Road end.

I was in my silver Corolla.

Er north??!!! That would be towards Lochwinnoch from Beith??

I was heading for the turn off towards Lugton then onwards through Borrheid and off to Jackton

for a couple of days training.

Is that junction not the worst in the world? That junction is one of the reasons I'm glad we didn't

move to Barrmill!!!!

I always try to slow to let folk out but it's not always possible.

Must be a pain from your end.......ooer!!!

Try that junction in a tooled up Sprinter Van. I reckon that junction and the Lugton crossroad are easily among the worst.

Going from Beith towards Lochwinnoch is north

I was behind the cattle truck waiting to get out. Normally if you get there by 8am, you never wait more than a minute or two. Unless like this morning, you get stuck behind an articulated cattle truck. I always think the Gateside Road end looks worse though.

There is talk of a roundabout going in at the Barrmill Road junction. But not until at least 2011/2012
