flat4phil Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 Okay, so you are thundering along, and braking hardish on a downward incline - you feel the car's rear end twitch as the weight transfers. So the question is, what bit of kit would help ease this? Whiteline Anti-lift on the front, or some other magical device? Thanks in advance, Phil
terzo neil Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 2 bags of cement helps alot but murders the fuel ecomony
sparky_sj04 Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 Rear anti-lift kit possibly.... or preferably both front and rear.
flat4phil Posted October 15, 2009 Author Posted October 15, 2009 Adjust the Front/Rear Bias on the brake system. It can be adjusted? Is this a Dealer tweak , or aftermarket modification?
Frank_STI Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 If you're on Adj Coilvers raise suspension at the rear of the car to slightly higher than the front, this will reduce the transfer and hopefully reduce your problem.

WUZ Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 It can be adjusted? Is this a Dealer tweak , or aftermarket modification? Aftermarket mod. you can remove the OE Bias valve and gives more balanced braking. Fitting an adjustable Bias valve allows you to fine tune the raking to your desire.
l55bat Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 Yup, fit a nice AP Racing brake bias lever. Make the back brakes do something. They are very front biased otherwise.
