mystery machine Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Was driving a 96 Mica Blue V-LTD with FMIC & Morettes, now sold to Gav @ Greives, now running a 57 plate Urban Grey STi.Hi mate - how does the STI compare with the V-LTD?
Wee Jock Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Hi mate - how does the STI compare with the V-LTD? The V LTD has been an exceptional wee car for myself and was loathed to get rid, unfortunately it needed a bit of money spent on it so decided to trade it in. I am very happy with my new 57 plate STi however the V-Ltd (Because of the mods I had done is a quicker car) It also drives better by that I mean, you point it where you want it to go and it goes, it feels solid underneath you and gives you confidence in its ability. I have only had tyhe Sti for over a week now, it has been modded 380ish bhp, find it a bit twitchy underneath and its defo not as quick off the mark! Gav at Greives has my old V LTD at the moment and reckons its pretty quick too. (Look at Gavs post for wanted items (lights & rear bumper), he was out in it last night) Had the car 4 years spent a fortune on it and it didnt let me down once. Had a look at various motors before I traded my car and everytime I tried to make a decision the sensible thing was a scooby, you just cant fault them.
thefastone Posted October 8, 2009 Author Posted October 8, 2009 There will be photographic evidence, I did a few before and after shots, but on my mates camera (I'm still Sans Camera)... should get them later on tonight...
