As we have a fairly large turnout for the next meet I would like to inform the Kings Arms of how many are attending.

Hi everyone,

I have just spoken to the manager at the Kings Arms, it turns out that they now take bookings

They are busy tomorrow, but are happy to get us in and fed as the tables become available, we may not all be sat together but we will all get fed.

For future meets can you please get your names down asap including if you are eating or not then we can reserve tables etc, I am looking into perhaps getting a copy of the menu so that we can sort our orders out before we even turn up just to help the staff out a bit on the day especially if we have a big meet

I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.

at least you'll now be able to pre book lol... so are they fully booked already then iain? we could just have a load of plates of chips and stay by the motors lol

They are pretty busy tomorrow mate but said that we are all more that welcome, the manager will be speaking to me tomorrow to sort out the arrangement of our monthly meets

Sorry gents I'm out.... Halloween party got a bit silly with the tequila and I've been talking with the big white telephone all morning....

I am guessing that you are not the only one Matty, there was a pretty poor show today considering the numbers that were down to come today.

A huge thank you to all who turned up today , we had a right laugh as usuall but in this case it was mostly at Ed's expence

Right guys for any of our future events please only put your name down if you are defo coming or at least let me know you are not coming so I can give an accurate count to the guys at the Kings Arms, they had a table all set out for us today for 20+ people and only half of us turned up , needless to say I felt pretty dumb as I had phoned up to arrange this quoting the numbers from the forum and we endend taking up about twice the space we actually needed.

All future meets at the Kings Arms will be bookings so I will need an accurate list of who is attending please.

I am a little miffed guys, but I am sure I will get over it.
