Newbie From Essex

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd do an intro along with a few pics to introduce myself to the club, its rude not too!!! Me real name is Pete, but most of my mates call me peedee, so its kind of stuck!

I've wanted an impreza for a few years now, ever since I was taken out in an 03' plate sti and fell in love! Unfortunately, due to not having a decent job for a few years, there was no way I could afford the outright cost, let alone running the thing! However, times changed and I found myself in a stable, very well paid job so decided now was the time to live the dream, and get the car of my dreams!! After searching Pistonheads, Auto trader and various subaru forums and looking at a fair few scooby's, I fell i love with a P1. After a bit of bantering over the cost (the usual case of trying to knock a few hundred off for a cash payment!), I got the seller down to what I wanted to pay and he let it go. The last 2 months have been glorious, and, even now, when I get in and turn the key, it puts a huge smile on my face!! I've seen a few impreza's around Chelmsford and had a few waves, anyone on here??

Hopefully Ill be meeting some of you at meets around the South! If you see me around Essex, drop me the usual wave of flash of lights!!! I'm down Southend on a saturday night a fai bit, so I'll probs see some of you down there!! Anyhow, here's some pics of the scoob. Cheers guys!!
