Bit Of Advice Needed Please Folks

As title folks, just needing a bit of advice really!

Have decided that since my car has been sitting around for a few months, that before I put it back on the road i'd get the gearbox and diff fluids done along with the engine oil/plugs etc

Car is a MY00 Classic UK Turbo, car more or less standard, what type of oil etc should I be looking at getting for the diffs and gearbox and how much of said fluids please Ladies and Gents

I did mine a few months ago lad and used the redline stuff.

75w 90 Fully Synthetic gear oil.

Got it from Graham Goode Racing.

Did you use the same stuff for diff and gearbox? How much did it take litre-wise?

lucas oil is what i use m8 then add prolong additive

What grade do you use? I've read on scoobynet that castrol syntrax universal 75-90 semi syn is pretty popular, a lot of them arent keen on fully synthetic stuff?

Had a quick butchers on lucas oil website, quite a few there lol

i put the castrol syntax stuff in and it seems ok in mine
