Does anyone know where I can get these plugs over the counter in Aberdeen? I've had enough of being humped left right an centre for postage on bits!

I have been told by a local motorfactors near me (where I get mine) that the NGK PFR7B is the same as the plugs used in the Alfa Romeo twinspark engines, most motorfactors stock these or can get them in and cost about £40 ish.
