Dave K Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 Turbo Timer all wired in, cool bit of kit. Just a bit freaky walking away from car when still running. And Richard, did you notice me standing round at the pump the other day waiting for the dam thing to turn off, looked a right plum.

Dave K Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 And i dare not go to the Total garage opposite IOM news papers cos a certain someone would be over the road so quick and gone.
Boxer23 Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 And because the fuel is cr2p, eh Richard? Ha ha ha Your face that time I was sitting in the driver's seat while you were paying for fuel...priceless. How long did TT take to do? Hardwire it straight in or did you need the harness in the end?
Dave K Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 Correction was not paying for fuel only get food there on way past some times. Was funny they all thought i had flipped out cos i was laughing so much. 2 hours and hardwired it.
RB5_IOM Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 have you connected it to the ignition. Is it connected through your alarm.
CustomScoobyIOM Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 Can only link them into your alarm with the Cliffords.
RB5_IOM Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 OK, so does that mean when I fit the TT I won't be able to use my alarm?
Dave K Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 You can use alarm but you have to wait for tt to finish cos alarm still see's the ignition as on thus car has not stopped. You can wire then in but involves good know how and lots of relays.
RB5_IOM Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 Thanks, might have to have a play this weekend and try and get it working. Sorry I couldn't make it at the weekend.
